What is the odds of drawing random lines without measuring the distances between them (like above), then you measure them from point 1 to point 2 straight, you get a round number (in mm) to the accuracy of 2 decimal places?
I got a number 0f 14000.00.
Fourteen thousand, point zero zero.
What the hell.
I was drawing lines using 3D modelling software therefore the result is very accurate.
What is the probability of getting this result? I guess no one in the world will be so very free to calculate the probability in this kind of situation. (Astrid, where are you?)
If only this chance could happen on other occasions.
All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
From the ashes a fire shall be woken.
A light from the shadow shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.

The one thing that bugs me my whole life
L o o k i n g . t h r o u g h . a . s t e r e o g r a m.
It feels like there is another world out there that the whole population knows about but only you don't know or can't figure the hell out how to access it.
I know of the existence of stereogram when I saw one at my cousin's house when I was a kid. They are a pair of stereograms with repeated Buddhist motifs, one is said to hide a sitting Buddha, the other a sleeping Buddha (maybe). My cousins didn't even need one second before they could tell you "there it is", while it might take a century for me; in other words, I am still unable to see through those images even until today
(s e - r i o u s - s h i t, I used to stare at them for more than an hour) Somehow we obtained the exact same pair many years ago. I don't need to know what is inside the galaxy's black hole as the biggest mystery ever is just in my house.
I am sure it is some kind of hereditary deficiency that can't be cured. Together with sis, when we watched 3D movie in the cinema with 3D glasses on, we thought the effect was underwhelming. We thought it is due to the insufficient mastery of 3D graphic production, until my cousins commented that the 3D effect was fabulous. ...Well.
This is one of the few that I tried today:
I need a clue. Tell me what it is. Good! It did say what it is. A clock, but that is not enough! What kind of clock? Electronic? Analog? Grandfather clock? Dali's runny clock? Is it a pixelated image? A clear-cut image? A blurry one? Is it one clock or clocks all over the place or maybe just the profile of a clock? What time is it on the clock? Heck! I saw a monster staring back at me, but where is the clock? Are you sure it is not a mouse or Mickey Mouse that I just saw? (Real questions in my head)
Damn, I have too many questions I don't even know where to start looking. If someone come and tell me, "It is just there, just in front of you, as clear as the sky" I am gonna show my ugliest face ever. Yes yes, you don't have to look at it, you just have to look beyond. Someone, whoever, just sketch the damn outline out for me. I don't even know what to expect as I have never been really successful in seeing one of these things before.
How frustrating is that? It feels like people who can spot the image easily could achieve greater things in life and you are to be left sullen and sad at the lonely corner. "It must be because of my myopia, man, my eyes are already not perfect to begin with." Or maybe it is because of your specs, you know, with a barrier (albeit a transparent one) in front of your eyes, this stereogram thingy might not work anymore. When does "lying to your heart's content" ever work? Then, a thought pops in your mind, "Maybe I always have a vision like a chicken or a goose or a kiwi."
After endless time (I almost fell asleep) staring at one image after another without success, I resorted to learn the basic and IIIIIII, FINALLY, ohhhhh, am able to see that damn image within an image in this one.
I can almost write an inspirational essay about this achievement, on how every body is not without talent, he or she just used the wrong technique *cliche*. This is a real workout for me without even sweating a bit.
Stereograms should be used as wallpapers, so one day when you are staring blankly and beyooond your wall, images will start to appear in the serendipitous moment. You can also send your enemy a stereogram with the secret message: "You look like a broccoli".
My eyes kinda hurt now. This is literally ocular-inception.

Wordy affair
I am too free.
A screencap from Chinese Characters. I think they are just very funny (in a benign way). Especially the last word, the radical (部首) is trying so hard to contain everything in it, which includes a heart, a horse and a moon xD. The pronunciation "biáng" is as funny as the word. Wiki says it refers to Biangbiang noodle. I wonder what are the ingredients of such noodle that it needs such complex expression to describe it, hmhm. It is said that the pronunciation comes from the noise the noodles make when cooked and eaten.
The first word, "zhé", comes with four dragons! Very appropriate for the Dragon Year, but its meaning is not very likable ><.
This really reminds me of hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia (pronounce it out loud and get your tongue twisted). I can't tell which one is more horrible if I were to be punished to write them a hundred times. xD These characters are really bad for the eyes if they ever appear in novels, and I used to think 憂鬱 (melancholy) is bad enough. Hekhek.
I discovered that the Hiragana and Katagana actually come from Chinese characters and kinda follow their respective pronunciations, quite surprised as I thought the kana systems are intentionally developed like the Korean hangul, though some kanas are very obvious derivation. Hemhemhem, no wonder katagana looks so Chinese.
Huhuhu, I feel very excited upon this discovery. Very very interesting.

二幺幺事件
I get hooked on Escape The Room games once more.
When you mentioned Escape The Room genre, you must mention MOTAS (My law says so)
Mystery of Time and Space.
Two of my friends asked about the same thing:
"Is it a reflection of your ... psychology?"
Happily, it is not. I believe so, don't doubt me.
And I always like HOG! That is, Hidden Object Games. Then, you must mention Mystery Case Files.
Hekhek, people like mystery that can be SOLVED!

大笑时刻
哇哈哈哈哈。浪费青春心中无烦恼之时。
才怪。
为什么银行不能像McDonald KFC 那样每次那~~么巧都在彼此的隔壁?
Grrrrr.

The night will be longer, with insanity
Wooot. Today I earn an extra hour. But jeez, it's holiday anyway. Tak untung (-_-)
I listened to MJ singing 'Ben' just now. *_*
Ouuu the ultimate sentimental pet song for a weird horror movie.
Really weird. Really nice.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
OM "Love Exposure" (愛のむきだし, Ai no mukidashi) is so crazily insane HAhahahaha
I think, it's a love story. Hilarious. Not really.
It's 4 hours. It's eating up my internet data allowance. It's killing my time. It's killing my mood to do assignments. I have a premonition that I will be regretful to death later.
I think I am becoming more insane after watching that.
Tell you, it's really becoming more and more insane (and disturbing) as the movie goes. Be prepared if you decide to click on the link.
Who is this handsome guy
Ini Chopin.
Wow, I thought of Chopin as if he's from long-long-ago land.
I am unaware that he is quite modern.
(Don't argue with the definition of 'modern' here, it's a feeling)
Yeah he is handsome 'cause he made good music
ahahahah
He died at age 39. (What? *sob*)
Many of my favourite pieces from him are posthumous,
which are published after his death.
Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia
It's the fear for long words.
I don't know, are they serious?
The correct spelling is "hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia",
according to en.wiktionary.org/wiki/hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia
Ok, one alphabet short, making it 35 characters.
There are some creative minds out there.
咖啡猫的哲理
Garfield 这肥猫∶
· 喜欢喝咖啡 (对一只猫来说还真奇怪)
· 喜欢吃意大利面和Pizza
· 喜欢花儿。也喜欢破坏花儿。 (有点 S 的感觉 0_o)
· 超喜欢圣诞节
· 对自己的年龄非常在乎
· 讨厌星期一
· 喜欢它的玩具熊 (只有这点可以称得上可爱)
· 不喜欢抓老鼠
· 是现实主义者
Garfield 式的幽默,棒透了不是?
曾几何时,我对咖啡嗤之以鼻。对咖啡猫也嗤之以鼻。
我好友说喜欢,我记得我对她摆出一脸怪相。
有点莫名其妙。
从来都不是那种死都不愿改变的人。反之,我不介意变。
很多时候,我只是懒得理。
Conscience?
I will put my mug of tea or coffee without touching it for half a day beside me.
The next time I look at it, the almighty ants are alllll over my mug.
I wouldn't want to kill ants. Before. I will shoo them away, or 'flick' them away.
But there were times I was on a bad mood, then they came.
Then I would walk into the toilet with my mug on my hand straightaway.
I don't know whether I should feel bad. It's a consciously commited 'crime'.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Weird thing apart, I have an account on DeviantArt 2 months ago.
And I stumbled across its LOL Corner.
http://news.deviantart.com/article/73013/
This lifted my mood so much as I lol real hard.
If someone is on a foul mood right now, go on. ;)

The outgrowth on your head
My assignment requires me to find information on horns.
Then I saw theeeese bizarre pictures on Wiki (Neh, 'cause I saw it for the first time)The spiralll-horn goat!
How cool is that?
Hm it might be quite popular
among the opposite gender
;D

The the the three-horn sheep!
I vote for you to become
the leader of the flock.
No sheepish sheep it is, eh?
People are getting more relaxing towards the end of semester, but why not us?
Bbbaaaaaad (Genie's tone) thing.
Update: Just found this.
Who don't love Genie? He's just insanely funny.
You bbaaaaaad boy.

Hmmmm。
This is really weird.
There is this profile picture of my friend which shows a silhouette of a Chinese temple.
Then there is this caption: Rantau Panjang Chinese mosque, Kelantan.
I was like wth...?! I have never heard of this mosque although I am a Kelantanese. Hm maybe it's a new one. So I was thinking, is it a mosque for the Chinese or a Chinese temple which serves as a mosque? The concept is kinda confusing. =S
So google I did, aah it is a mosque which adopts a Chinese architectural style.
See, there's nothing weird about a mosque with Chinese architecture, as I believe in China this kind of architecture does exist. The weird thing is, it is IN Kelantan.
Eh? In Kelantan? I can't help but smell some, err, 不单纯的动机。 Ehem.
Well, if it can stand for the next couple of decades, it might make its way into books, for its existence is nothing to be taken for granted.
Hopefully we will see more interesting things happening in this boring state, eh.
(For example, a decision to build a cinema, a theme park etc, woohooo~~ *wake up, wake up*)
