All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.

From the ashes a fire shall be woken.
A light from the shadow shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.

To buy, or not to buy?

When you are faced with that question, it means 2 things:

1. The object you want to buy is expensive.
2. You are poor. And a student.

I won't consider myself poor since I don't experience food shortage, don't have extravagant spending habit or like branded stuffs that can feed me for 10 years. A deal is when you can afford and are willing to pay for what you want. But when something is more than 900USD, I need a looong time to ponder, on many things. The fact that I already forked out $ for my laptop last year (laptop is an exception) doesn't help. Plus the other fact that I plan to travel abroad in February. $$ is flying away and not coming in!

Conclusion: I am ehm not well off then.

I have my eyes fixed on this attractive guy named Sony. The price, no matter how I look at it, is a reeeally good deal. But there are rumours that Sony is coming out with a new MILC camera which is an upgrade from this one (Jeng jeng jeng, research is compulsory in life), I can't help but thinking price will drop after they do come out with a new model.

If I buy it now, then the price drops 6 months later, I don't mind. But if the price drops one month later (say a $100 - $200 drop), I will go banging my head on the wall. Close my eyes, buy it anyhow?

Uwaaaaaah. Maybe after I ponder for a few more days the deal will be gone by then.
When that happens, I will go banging my head on the wall as well. Difficult, oh difficult.

*Mood switch*

6 a.m., breakfast, prepared by father. It is funny to see such a big bowl of fruits at 6 a.m. It is not really part of the breakfast. All I said is "Pa I want eggs." (such a spoilt kid). Thanks dad.
